Delicious raspberry muffins.... Great Breakfast treat.

Preheat oven to 400F (but remember to turn it down to 375 when putting in oven) and spray muffin tin and set aside.
Make streusel in a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and then add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Set aside.
In large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt and set aside
In medium bowl mix egg, sugar and then yogurt oil and vanilla
Fold wet ingredients into dry and mix together by hand
Place 2 tablespoons of batter in each muffin, then place raspberries and fill with batter and place a few more on top
Put in oven and REDUCE to 375F, bake for not more than 18 min before checking. Do not over cook.
