In blender, puree half of raspberries with Grand Marnier, until smooth. Strain and set aside.
In large bowl, mix mascarpone with sugar.
In separate bowl, whisk (or use electric beater) whipping cream until soft peaks form. Whisk into mascarpone mixture.
In 1-cup glasses or jars, layer mascarpone, raspberry puree, ladyfinger pieces and remaining raspberries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours.
