A mixture of fruits that are easy to digest for after a long fast.
Cut the banana in half. Set aside one half and peel the other.
Cut into 1/4" slices
place the sliced banana into a medium sized bowl.
cut a palm sized slice of papaiyas, remove any skin
Cut into small cubes.
Put them with the banana.
Cut open the honeydew melon & the cantaloupe. Set aside one half of each melon. Carefully remove all of the seeds from the remaining halves.
Cut the halves in half again, and then put aside the two quarters.
Cut a 1/8" wedge from the remaining quarters.
Cut away the meat from the rind. Chop into small pieces. Put with the banana and the papayas.
Store the remaining melon for later.
If using a peach, you should peel it to go easier on your stomach.
Cut the peach or nectarine in half, vertically. Cut around the pit at the center. Then pry the halves apart,
Leave the pit in whichever half it wound up in, and set it aside for later.
Cut the remaining half in half again.
Cut one of the remaining quarters into small pieces and put them in the bowl with the rest.
Repeat this procedure with the plum
Add 1 cup of cubed watermelon,
1/2 cup of honeydew and canteloupe each.
Stir and eat slowly.
All of the fruits in this recipe are considered very easy to digest. You don't have to use them all, but you should avoid adding any thing ese.
