Suggest a better descriptionCut the cabbage and onion into thin slices. Peel the core the apple and add to cabbage mixture. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and add to salad. Toss well to mix. Set aside for 3 minutes, then serve.
