Redfish on Half Shell
Season each Red Fish Filet with medium/heavy cover with Tony Chachere's and Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
Squeeze the entire lemon a bowl with the butter and garlic. Melt the mix.
Heat the Grill to about 450. Place the Filets on for around 15 minutes. Grill them until the internal temp of the fish is 145.
Every Few Minutes Brush the butter, garlic, lemon sauce onto the fish.
