Suggest a better description1. Cook dry beans and 1 TBSP of lard in pressure cooker for an hour.
2. Once beans are cooked add salt and reduce liquid
3. In a separate pan add 5 TBSP lard and 2 TBSP butter and seasonings to taste, melt.
4. Add beans, simmer a bit, then smash with a potato masher or something similar.
5. Add salsa.
6. Continue cooking until it is at the desired consistancy.
