Suggest a better description1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
2. Stir in the garlic and chili powder and cook for 1 minute more.
3. Stir in the beans and stock and cook until the bean are heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Mash the beans coarsely adding more stock to moisten if needed. Season with S & P. Stir in the cilantro.
Cast iron skillet works best.
