Suggest a better descriptionBring onion, celery, garlic, ribs to boil in large pot.
Boil 1 hour 45 min (15 min less for thinner ribs, 15 longer for thicker)
Take out and let sit for 5 min.
Slather both sides with BBQ sauce.
Squeeze lemon juice on top
Cover, place in fridge until ready to grill.
Pre-heat grill 350-400 and coat with Vegetable oil.
Place ribs bone side down. Flip every 8 min, adding more sauce if desired, until heated through and chared a bit.
Note: additions to BBQ sauce include hot sauce, worchteschire, molasis, Open Pit sauce.
