Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook pasta al dente.
3. Heat oil in large skillet, add onion and cook 3-4 minutes.
4. Add garlic to pan and cook another minute.
5. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
6. Put spinach mixture into a large bowl and add ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
7. Spread half the sauce in bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
8. Stuff shells with spinach mixture and place in baking dish.
9. Top with rest of sauce.
10. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
