Great finger food type meal. This is a 5 n 1 Lean & Green recipe for Optavia. 2 servings (1 lean, 3 Greens, 3 Condiments) - about 18 pepper halves.

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cook turkey bacon and chop into very small pieces. Set aside. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, removing seeds and ribs. Place on a cooking sheet and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Fill peppers with cheese mixture. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until ricotta is set and cheese is melted.
