Easy recipe and very enjoyble

Directions:
Day 1
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl. In a large mixing bowl add butter, ricotta cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add sifted ingredients to the beaten mix and stir together. Put dough in refrigerator.
Day 2
Preheat oven 325 degrees
Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
While cookies are baking make frosting: Mix confectioner sugar, butter, milk & vanilla. Apply to cookies when they cool. I add sprinkles as well.
