Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Heat large skillet over medium-high
3. Combine 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano
4. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle spice mixture over chicken
5. Add 1 1/2 tsp oil to pan. Cook chicken, 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside
6. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Saute bell peppers, shallots, and rosemary, 3 minutes
7. Reduce heat, stir in broth and simmer 5 minutes
8. Increase heat to medium, add vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper
9. Serve bell peppers over chicken
