Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 425. Season roast all over with salt and chopped rosemary. Roast for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350. Cook until roast's internal temperature hits 145.
2. Remove roast and let rest. Add the wine to the roasting pan and bring to a simmer on the stove top over medium heat. Gently whisk up the browned bits. Add the rosemary stems, sugar, and cinnamon. Reduce the sauce by half. Add a little flour if you want to thicken more. Add some unsalted butter as well to your liking. Remove the rosemary sprigs and add figs at very end so they are gently warmed but don't fall apart. Serve the fig sauce on the side.
