Toss asparagus, mushrooms, and basting oil in a large bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Season with freshly ground pepper.
Roast 15 minutes. Remove from oven; turn vegetables over. Return to oven and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes until asparagus is tender and mushroom edges are browned.
Transfer to serving platter. Drizzle with lemon oil and sprinkle with Fleur de Sel.
