Suggest a better description1. Divide wings, if not divided. Cut tips off.
2. Dressing: Yogurt, blue cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
3. Refrigerate few hours.
4. Heat Oven to 400 degF
5. Combine in a bowl: hot sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic
6. Put wings in a roasting pan. Drizzle with oil, salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
7. Roast undisturbed 25 to 35 minutes, until they release from the bottom.
8. Take out and brush wings with drippings. Roast another 5 to 10 min
9. Brush drippings and roast for another 15 to 20 min, until brown.
10. Raise the oven to 450 deg F
11. Drizzle with hot sauce
12. Roast for another 5 to 10 minutes tossing twice.
