Quick, easy and delicious side dish of roasted cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Cut the head of cauliflower into florets, mince the garlic cloves and toss them with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put the mixture in a baking dish and into the oven for 25 minutes. Halfway through, take mixture out and stir, then back into the oven.
After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with the parmesan and chopped dill.
Place back into the oven for 2 minutes.
Serve.
