Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 160. Place the Harissa, shallots, coriander, oil and preserved lemon in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Place the lamb shoulder in a baking dish and spread evenly with the Harissa mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Place 125 ml water in the base of the baking dish, cover with foil and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
3. Remove the foil and cook for 30-40 mins, basting occasionally, or until the lamb is tender and the sauce has thickened.
