1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Toss together the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper & 1 tsp of the oil in a bowl. Arrange in a single layer on an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until the tomatoes are lightly charred and the juices have thicker on the baking sheet, 20-30 minutes.
2) Combine the tomato mixture, walnuts Alves, chives, lemon juice, vinegar, paprika and remaining 1 Tbsp oil in a food processor . Process until smooth, about 1 minute.
