In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, Honeybelle sections and onion. Toss with dressing and serve.
For the Lime Dressing:
Shake all ingredients together in a lidded jar. Makes about 1/2 cup.
If Honeybells are not available , substitue Cara Cara oranges and add one to the recipe.
