Let cool completely and chop finely or finely chop in food processor
Process vanilla wafers add to nuts
Add confectioner sugar and cocoa powder
Stir to combine
Add honey and rum and mix well
Chill then shape in balls
Roll in sugar. Nuts. Cocoa powder. Or dip in chocolate
Can be stored in airtight container for two weeks
