saute ground turkey, garlic powder, onion, and oil. Add beans, corn, broth and all seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Take off heat, add sour cream, heavy whipping cream and coarsely cut bell peppers. Serve and enjoy!
