Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375 degrees. Peel squash, cut int half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds, discard. Cut squash into chunks. Coat with 1 tbs oil. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 30 min. or until caramelized. Peel onions, cut into chunks. Coat with remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper, spread on a second lined baking sheet. Bake 20 min. or until caramelized. When squash and onions are done, toss with sage and cranberries. SERVE immediately...
