Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs, and 1/4 cup water, then press into cookie sheet pan and chill for several hours, or overnight.
Cut into squares, flour and brown on both sides in skillet. Place in oblong pan or pans.
Mix gravy, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms together and pour over meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
