Saucy hamburger patties with a slight kick.
Combine 1st four ingrediants and set aside. In large mixing bowl, lightly beat egg and add breadcrumbs,1/4 cup soup and salt and pepper to taste. Add ground beef and onions to egg mixture and combine thoroughly. Shape into 4 - 6 patties. Brown patties in skillet on both sides (I use electric skillet). Combine remaining soup with about 1 cup water and pour over patties. Simmer until patties are cooked through. Great with rice or mashed potatoes.
