Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the potato and carrot and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the milk, bring up to the boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the dill and the salmon and simmer for 5 minutes until cooked.
Blend until smooth using a hand blender. Add the lemon juice
