Suggest a better descriptionRinse salmon and pat dry; cut into 1 inch chunks; place in food processor. Pulse 7 times to coarsely grind. Do not overprocess. Set aside.
In bowl combine panko, green onions, cilantro, ginger, garlic, eggs, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir in salmon.
Line a tray with parchment paper or foil. Divide salmon into 4 (2/3 cup) mounts on the tray and shape into patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. To make a limo mayo to go with it:
1/4 cup mayo, 2 T minched red onion and 2 t lime juice.
