Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven 450. Rinse, dry fish. Cut into 4 serving size pieces. Sprinkle with 1/8th tsp salt.
2. Coat 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan with cooking spray. Place fish pieces, skin sides up, in prepared pan, tucking under any thin edges. Arrange tomatoes around salmon. Sprinkle tomatoes with worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Bake for 12-16 mins.
3. Remove skin from fish. Transfer fish to plates. Stir mustard and oregano into tomatoes. Serve tomato mixture with fish.
