An elegant but very easy salmon dish you can prep a few hours ahead and pop in the oven for 15-18 mins
Preheat the oven to 200*c
Add the cream cheese to a bowl together with the Parmesan, garlic and chives, season with salt and pepper, stir together.
Season the salmon fillets and spread the mixture evenly over the top.
Mix the lemon zest and parsley together, sprinkle over the fillets and press lightly.
Arrange the pepper fillets prettily on each fillet.
Roast for 15-18 mins until cooked through Drizzle over lemon juice
