2. Toss beans, cilantro, 1 T lime and 1/2 tsp cumin and garlic. Toss avocado with remaining 1 T lime juice, cilantro and 3/4 t. salt.
3. Whisk chili powder and remaining 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/4 tsp. salt. Pat salmon dry and sprinkle with this.
4. Heat oil and cook salmon 4-5 min/side and flake
5. Top each tortilla with black beans, salmon and avocado. Serve with drained onion, cabbage and dollop of yogurt with scallion
