Heat oven to 400. 8 or 9 inch pan. stir bisquick, water, eggs. Spread in pan. sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups cheese.
in skillet cook chicken, when cooked drain and add salsa. spoon over cheese.
Bake 25 minutes, and the remaining cheese and cook until melted.
