homemade salsa
1. Stir together salt, accent, vinegar and oil.
2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
3. Drain juice from cans of tomatoes and crush in food processor.
4. Cut Jalapenos and remove seeds (use gloves to do this)
5. Dice Jalapenos finely
6. Dice onion.
7. Mix all ingredients together.
8. Chill overnight.
