1/2 of 1 can of undrained tomatoes
Green chiles
Rough chop bell pepper, cilantro, and onion (& a chopped jalapeƱo if you like it spicy!)
Pour remaining tomatoes from 1st can on top
Blend to desired consistency
Empty into a large bowl
Then into the food processor:
1 can of tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumin
Minced garlic
Cayenne pepper
Red hot sauce
Kosher salt
Pulse for a very short period of time. Just enough to mix the ingredients but not too long to break the tomatoes apart.
Pour into large bowl to combine with 1st mixture. Stir. Serve.
