Suggest a better descriptionTake the peppers, cilantro, garlic and onion and dice lightly before placing in the food processor or blender. Pulse until fine and pieces are all similarly minced.
After the mixture is pulsed together, dump the tomatoes and juice in along with the lime juice and zest. Blend until tomatoes resemble the consistency of the vegetable mixture.
Season with salt, pepper, sugar and other spices of your choice to taste. Fridge for 1-3 hours.
