Combine blanched and peeled tomatoes with vinegar, salt and sugar in large pot and boil for 15 minutes.
Add to simmering tomatoe mixture the onion and peppers and simmer boil for another 15 minutes.
Add the black beans, corn and tomatoe paste the the mixture and simmer boil for another 15 minutes.
Pour the hot salsa into sterilized jars and process for 15 minutes in water bath canner.
