Put tomatoes , onions, and peppers in food processor and chop up.
Put all chopped ingredients in a large pot.
Add vinegar, salt, garlic,tomato paste and cook for 25 min.
While that cooking clean your jars.
In a small pot of boiling water add you flats.
After cooking for 25 min. add all of your ingredients to your jars. Leaving 1/2 inch
Clean off the tops of your jars and place the flat, and bands.
Set the hot jars on your counter top and let them cool and seal.
You can add less pepper if you don't like it hot, or more pepper if you want it hotter.
