Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
Add the mince and continue tossing in the wok until it is cooked through. Add the spring onions, oyster and sauce sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes until everything is combined.
Remove from heat and serve in the lettuce leaves.
