Suggest a better descriptionTreat the steak with meat tenderizer. In a sauce pan combine all ingredients but the steak. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes; cool. Place the meat and marinade in a large zip-top bag. Chill several hours or overnight. Grill meat to preferred temperature.
Make extra marinade to baste the meat while on the grill. You should always discard the marinade that the meat has soaked in; do not use it for basting.
