Stir in as much flour as you can and then knead the rest in until it is a stiff dough. You may need less flour, Let rise 30-60 minutes. Punch down and divide in two. Roll each out in a long loaf. Let rise 10 minutes on a greased baking sheet and brush with a little olive oil or egg white. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
