Stuffed grape leaves

Mix together meat, rice, and tomato paste
Add some Allspice, salt, and pepper
Bring pot of water to boil
Unfold grape leaves, rinse off with water, and place in boiling salt water
Separate out 10-12 leaves and blanche in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
Pull leaves out and set in colander
Continue to blanche rest of leaves and dry out in colander
Flatten out 1 grape leaf & cut off stem
Place 2 Tb of stuffing on leaf (horizontally)
Fold over sides
Roll grape leaf bottom to top
Place a several rolled sarmas together into a larger bunch
Run thread around the bunch several times, to prevent grapes leaves from falling apart
Place bunches of Sarma into pot
Cover with water or chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic cloves, can of tomato sauce
Cook at 350 for 1 hour
Allow to cool down before serving
Can make augo-lemono sauce to pour over top or serve with plain yogurt
