Dans une casserole, versez 10 cl de vin blancs sec, 5 cl de martini blanc, 10 cl d’eau, 2 cuil. à café de fumet de poisson déshydraté 20 cl de crème liquide, 100 g de feuilles d’oseille équeutée, nettoyée et ciselée et 400 g de flageolets en boîte égouttés. Portez à ébullition et mixez avec le jus d’1/2 citron. Salez, poivrez et servez avec le saumon.
