Suggest a better descriptionIn 5-quart saucepan over medium heat, brown sausage well, breaking apart with a fork. Remove to medium bowl, set aside.
Pour all but 1/4 cup fat from skillet.
Add apple, onion and celery.
Cook over medium heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Into apple mixture, stir in bread cubes, two eggs, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and reserved sausage until well mixed.
