Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage, remove to paper towel. Remove most of the excess oil, put in canola oil. Sauté onions, garlic. Deglaze pan with 1 cup wine until reduced by half. Add pumpkin, broth, spices, pumpkin and sausage. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure you have enough liquid and add spinach stir until wilted. Pour over pasta cooked al dente.
