Suggest a better description1. Separate the kale leaves from the steams; discard the steams end tiny slice the leaves.
2. Great the Apple on the large side of a box grader discarding the core.
3. In a medium pan heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium high until hot.
4. Add the sliced kale and graded apple; season with salt and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly soften.
5. Add water cup of water stirring occasionally 2 to 3 minutes or until the kale is wilted and the water is coopedAdd quarter cup of water stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until the kale is wilted and the water has cooked off.
6. Turn off the heat and carefully stir in the vinegar. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Optionally add dried cranberries.
