Suggest a better descriptionTrim wilted leaves and base of Brussels sprouts. Cut each sprout in half (through the stem end). Use scissors to cut bacon slices into strips 1" long and 1/4" wide. Heat bacon over medium heat for ~10 minutes or until it begins to turn crispy. Add Brussels sprouts and turn heat to high. Stir for ~5 minutes or until halves soften. Season as needed with salt, pepper, vinegar.
