Suggest a better descriptionCut steak into 1/2 inch pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss with steak strips and put in crockpot. Add onion, garlic and half the peppers. Combine tomatoes, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and beef granules. Add to crockpot stiring to moisten meat. Set to low for 8 to 10 hours. Last hour, turn to high and add remaining and thicken with a gravy paste if desired. Serve over hot cooked rice. Note: I omit the salt in the flour mixture due to the salt found in the soy sauce.
