Crock pot meal
Toss steak in salt, pepper and flour and add 2 gallon size freezer bag. In a medium mixing bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients add to bag . Zip close and place in freezer. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight cook then on low eight hours.
