Suggest a better description1. Combine breadcrumbs through cayenne in shallow dish. Place buttermilk in shallow dish. 2. Dip chicken in buttermilk, dredge in breadcrumb mixture, then place on sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken and bake at 400F for 40 mins. NOTES : Moist and tender with great flavour. Take any leftover crumb mixture and sprinkle or crumble over chicken pieces on baking sheet. Adds extra crunchiness.
