Suggest a better descriptionPut olive oil in sauce pan heat, add garlic, sauté until garlic is fragrant, add white wine an bring to a high simmer. Add mussels return the liquid to a boil, cook 5 minutes until mussels open. Remove mussels from the pan with a slotted spoon, reserving liquid. Remove mussels from shells and put meat into a bowl. Add shrimp to pan and simmer for 5 minutes until shrimp had lost there translucent color. Remove shrimp from pan add to mussels in bowl, reserving liquid. Add cod to pan and cook until fish flakes. Remove from pan and add to bowl of fish. Reserving liquid. Turn pan off and let liquid cool slightly. Add calamari to pan, turn heat on low setting watch carefully only letting the liquid reach 170 degrees. Cook calamari one minute at 170 degrees, remove from pan add to fish bowl.
Place raw scallops bowl, cover with lemon juice, place in refrigerator.
Add vegetables to bowl of fish.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. (If you don't have an immersion blender place ingredients in blender and blend). Add dressing ingredients to bowl, mix well, stir in scallops and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.
