1. Thaw spinach
2. Melt butter in oven safe casserole dish (small), while preheating oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
3. In mixing bowl, mis all ingredients together until well blended.
4. Spread butter around in casserole dish, pour mixture into dish and bake for 15 minutes
5. Remove, stir, and turn on broiler. Broil 3-5 minutes or until top is brown and edges are bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips or fried wonton wrappers.
Wonton chips
To fry wonton wrappers, cut square sheets of pre-made egg roll wraps into triangles (egg roll wrappers can be found at place like walmart or ingles with the other Nagoya stuff). Heat oil in pot to 350 degrees and drop in wonton wrappers one by one, don't overload the oil. be patient. Pull out of oil with slotted spoon when golden and floating. drain on paper towel.
Highly suggest wontons for this recipe. Tortilla chips are more convenient, however wontons complement the flavor nicely.
