-Core/halve peppers & jalapenos
-Grill/char peppers/jalapenos then take off grill and slice thin
-Grill hot dogs
-Lightly grill hot dog buns
-Spread cream cheese on hot dog buns and add hot dogs
-Top with onions, peppers, jalapenos, and crushed kettle chips
